Practice Description:
Dr. English joined Metro Ob/Gyn in 2005 and practices within the full range of Obstetrics and Gynecology. His focus is on minimally invasive surgical work, from transvaginal pelvic prolapse repair to minimally invasive hysterectomies. Dr. English pioneered the use of DaVinci robotic surgery in the Twin cities and he travels the country training other surgeons in this technique.
Personal:
Dr English performs high and low risk obstetrical care and he tries to personally be at each delivery whether or not he is on call. Infertility issues affecting many patients are addressed by Dr. English in the clinic. He and his support staff work hard to offer the whole gamut of choices for the patient.
At last count, Dr English had three sons... Jack, William and Grant. He makes his home south of St Paul where he and his wife Sally are involved in church and community activities. In his spare time, Dr. English works on his yard. He fishes in Canada for a week each summer but otherwise keeps himself out of trouble by working hard at Metro.
